Job overview
As a Territory Representative Assistant, you will support sales growth and market expansion across a designated territory by building strong customer relationships and assisting with account management activities. This role involves extensive travel, medical simulation product presentations, CRM management, and collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales visits within assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Prospect new customers through networking and cold calling
- Collaborate with the sales team on territory strategies
- Schedule online and onsite meetings for Territory Manager
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records
- Support forecasting and reporting activities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with demonstration equipment management
- Utilize consultative sales techniques
Requirements
- Must reside in Tampa, Florida
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Experience with medical disposable or capital equipment preferred
- CRM system knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business preferred
- Medical Simulation or EMS experience preferred
- Basic medical knowledge is a plus
- Spanish language preferred
